High Performance & 3D Excellence

Learn to master 4 elements of High performance: -Psychology -Physiology -Productivity -Persuasion Physiology, is what the most people are trying to avoid - In my opinion when that one "nailed down", then you can fix your mind and the rest will follow. Exercising 30 minutes a day is what you need to produce "hormones of happiness" - Serotonin (and Melatonin during the sleep). Here's how I boost my metabolism and maybe it will motivate you to do the same :P
